This is the old Palace of Justice. It is Located on the Leopold Square, opposite a WWII US army tank and next to the Palace of the Governor of the Province of Luxembourg, since Arlon is the Head City of the Province.

The new Palace of Justice is now located lower in the city and is now sadly famous for having hosted Dutroux's trial.
