The plans for this group of modern office buildings are drawn by Sigma 3 in the years 1990.

A first phase of 3 buildings were grouped around a sculptural work by Jean-Michel Folon. Later, 2 buildings were added around a sculpture by Vincent Strebelle. The total forms a game of colors and shapes.
