This tower is the rests of a previous church (with our thanks to Jean-Pierre Pottelancie). Thanks to Emmanuel Delsaute we know that this church was destroyd round 1810 . This church was an old abbeychurch and its founds are from the 10th century. Today it is the bellfry of Gembloux. There is a carillon of 47 bells inside.
