This building was built in 1933 according to Jean de Ligne's plans.

The entrance consists of 3 spans, divided by vertical pillars. The grey entrance is flanked by 2 red, massive ressaults. The symmetry is further enforced by the low side aisles. The softly jumping forward-backward of the fassade increased the monumental and cubic character of this building.
