This gentry farm was demending on the abbey of Lobbes.
The abbey was allowed to judge right in this farm, which gave it the name 'Court Farm'.
Currently, in these buildings, there is a distillery of fruit alcohols.

After Reginald Dumont de Chassart: 'This farm was previously owned by the Buissertet family. They let it over to Léon Hardy, who had married one of my grandmothers Claire Dumont de Chassart, after which it was owend by her daughter Anne and her husband Guy van de Werve de Schilde, who let if over to the distillery of Biercée.'
