This five-aisled Saint-Michaelschurch is mostly dated from the 15 th century and is an example of Maasgothic.

Between 1901 and 1902 the two exterior side-aisles, the 45 meter high tower and the most west span of the central aisle were added according to the plans of S.Mortier.
