This neo-gothic castle was rebuilt in 1893 or 1894 for Urbain Van Hecke according to A.Marchand's plans. But history goes back further, to the middle of the 16th century.

At the entrance there are 3 old chestnut trees, of about 400 years old. One of them would be the thickest in Belgium.
