This Official Administrative Center and the Finance Tower are as an office building symbol for the development of the capital, as it appeared in 1950. The hugesness of this project was new for the Town of Brussels.

The Groupe Alpha, Hugo van Kuyck, Georges Ricquier , Marcel Lambrichs and Robert Schuiten have worked to realise this hole project.
